3. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. To secure a moving date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. The full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled move incurs a 10% fee.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the move date incurs a 50% fee.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the move.
6. Liability and Insurance
UK London Removals is insured for loss or damage up to the value of the goods declared. Clients are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value items.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that all items are ready for transport on the agreed date. This includes:
- Proper packing of all belongings
- Clear access to the property
- Provision of accurate inventory lists
8. Movers' Responsibilities
Our team is responsible for the safe handling of all items during the move. This includes:
- Careful loading and unloading
- Secure transportation
- Timely delivery to the new location
9. Delays and Postponements
While we strive to adhere to schedules, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or mechanical issues may cause delays. Clients will be notified as soon as possible in such events.
10. Force Majeure
UK London Removals is not liable for delays or failures to perform any part of the service resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, or pandemics.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
UK London Removals reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
13. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of providing our moving services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms outlined in these conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and UK London Removals, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
